Showcase Breeders Lifetime Guarantee

Prior to approval into our family, each breeder must go through a very thorough screening process. We are confident that our breeders are the best in the industry. Since we believe so strongly in our breeders, we offer a Lifetime Guarantee on all of our puppies. This page outlines our general terms, for the full terms of the Guarantee speak to you puppy adoption specialist.

Guarantee Terms:

“Lifetime” is referred herein as a period of ten years from the puppy’s date of birth.
The breeder covers the first year of the guarantee and years 2- 10 are covered by us.

  • Should the puppy pass away due to genetics, within one year of birth, Showcase Breeders will replace the puppy with another of equivalent value. Documentation of the cause of death will be required from a licensed DVM, Doctor of Veterinarian Medicine.
  • Should the puppy pass away, due to genetics, after the first year of birth, Showcase Breeders will issue a credit in the amount of 50% of the original cost towards the purchase of a replacement puppy.
  • The value of the puppy is solely the original purchase price of the puppy and does not include shipping costs, health certificate, crating service or any additional costs.
What is Needed From You:
  • As a new puppy parent, you will be responsible for taking the puppy to a licensed veterinarian within two business days of receipt of the puppy, excluding Sunday and holidays. A copy of the examination must be sent to us by email or fax within four days of receipt of the puppy.
  • Although your new puppy will arrive current on vaccinations, you will be responsible for providing the puppy with all future inoculations and regular veterinary care.
Exceptions to Our Guarantee
  • Showcase Breeders does not cover any costs associated with the spaying or neutering your new puppy, including those with undescended testes.
  • No guarantee is made as to conformation, size, weight, color, markings or breeding ability.
  • This guarantee does not cover temperament issues that can be caused by a lack of training, discipline or proper socialization.
  • No replacement will be given if breeds that are known to be prone to hip dysplasia are over weight or over exercised.
  • Failure to provide your new puppy with timely inoculations and regular veterinary care will void this guarantee.
